  • Return Policy

  • All products featured on our website are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges). The returned merchandise must be in original condition (unused and unwashed) and in the original packaging. Please call or email ESY for a return authorization number, and include this number on the outside of the return package. Items must be shipped back via UPS and you must pay for the shipping. If the item was damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours of receipt to have the item replaced at no charge. All credits will be issues to the same credit card account used to make the purchase.
